St. François School Holds New Academic Year Opening Ceremony (2025-2026)

Monday, November 17, 2025: Today, St.François School, encompassing primary to high school levels, solemnly inaugurated the new 2025-2026 academic year with the participation of over 500 students.

During this significant occasion, Bishop Olivier, the Apostolic Vicar of Phnom Penh and the school’s founder, introduced the plan for the new academic year. The plan focuses centrally on training students to become peacemakers. This involves paying close attention to:
Educational development. Harmonious coexistence. Mutual respect and dialogue. Recognition of the differences among one another.

The Traeng Trayeng Parish solemnly inaugurated a new activity building under the presidency of Bishop Olivier Schmitthaeusler, Apostolic Vicar of Phnom Penh, accompanied by Bishop Pierre Suon Hangly, Coadjutor Bishop of the Apostolic Vicariate of Phnom Penh, together with numerous priests. The ceremony was held on December 13 in Traeng Trayeng Commune, Phnom Sruoch District, Kampong Speu Province, to support and enhance the pastoral mission and activities of Saint Martin Church of this parish.
